News : Meghan Trainor To Resume Tour
Good news, Meghan Trainor fans: She's been cleared to resume her tour, which includes a New York State Fair concert.
The 21-year-old singer canceled and postponed several shows last week due to a vocal cord hemorrhage, but revealed on social media Monday that her doctor "says I'm OK to sing." She told her Megatronz fan base to "get ready" as her M Train tour resumes Tuesday in St. Louis.
Trainor, best known for the hits "All About That Bass," "Lips Are Movin" and "Dear Future Husband," will perform Thursday, Sept. 3 at 8 p.m. on the NYS Fair's Chevy Court stage. The show is free with admission to the fair, which will be offering "$3 Thursdays" discount prices for tickets that day.
She previously had to go on rest last year after developing polyps on her vocal cords, which delayed the release of her debut album.
