Who Is Maduk?
Maduk, 23 years old and living in Amsterdam, is one of the most promising new talents in the drum & bass scene. Since the YouTube channel "Liquicity" uploaded his very first production "Avalon" in the summer of 2011, this multi musician has been launched. In less than two years Maduk released tracks on labels as Hospital, Viper, UKF, Fokuz, Allsorts and Liquicity Records.

"Euphoria" is the keyword to describe Maduk's style and he is not afraid to explore the different sounds within the drum & bass. Famous for his superb year mixes on Liquicity, Maduk also know how to tear up a crowd as a DJ.

Who Is Superfood?

Common has unveiled the music video for “Kingdom”, the lead single off his upcoming 10th album, Nobody’s Smiling. Directed by the iconic Hype Williams, the video serves as a stunning and cinematic accompaniment to the forceful track, exploring the same issues of inner-city struggle, persecution, and redemption with a similar sense of deftness.

While the video has a rather basic narrative arc (a young woman’s journey through the streets leading to her arrest), the true power lies in the minutia of the imagery. Here, close-up shots and an emphasis on details lend beauty to the gritty day-to-day routine and a sense of harsh reality to more “glamorous” notions like fancy cars and strip clubs.

Gadgets : Sanwa Microprojector For iPhone 4/4s

Japan-based accessory maker Sanwa Supply started selling the 400-PRJ011 [JP] in its online store, a DLP micro projector that slides onto an iPhone 4 or iPhone 4S. The device comes with a 2,100mAh battery, which takes about five hours to fully charge and provides enough juice for 2.5 hours of projector usage.

With the projector function turned off, buyers can also use the device to charge their iPhone (it adds 100% to the life of the phone’s battery).

Gear : Jackets : The Sharp Engineer

Serving as both an outer garment and duffel bag, the indigo-dyed Sharp Engineer demonstrates a skilful marriage of both form and function. Internal cording, capable of receiving a Kit Liner, can be removed and threaded through embroidered eyelets to transform the jacket to its bag state. Its silhouette and multi-pocket design has been derived from the study of a great range of engineer's jackets, chore coats and other working attire seen in both military and commercial settings throughout the last century.

This Italian cotton garment features a centre front secured by custom produced Boneville butcher’s buttons which can be removed and replaced as part of the Boneville Kit concept. The exterior also includes a patch pocket found on the left chest with two dual-access utility pockets below; a button closure pocket can be found inside the jacket to the wearer's right side. The Boneville logo with nautical bands has been pigment printed on the inner back of the jacket, visible when the bag is constructed. This has been printed pre-laundering and through the launder process degrades, arriving in a delightfully weathered state on completion.
