MEET DIANA, Jagjaguwar’s newest band, featuring Joseph Shabason, Kieran Adams, Carmen Elle, and Paul Mathew. You will recognize members from a number of Canadian bands (The Hidden Cameras, Destroyer, Bonjay). “Born Again” is a single off the band’s self-titled debut, out officially on August 20 in the US / 19 in Europe. Full of lush sounds and melodic hooks, the songs of DIANA aim to entice the listener into a world that is deeper than its surface may let on. Beneath the smooth and silky surface often lies a tightened fist, a Factory Records intensity that pushes things forward. You’ll find the track listing and album artwork below!
Finally! See Diana live. They are off to Europe next week for handful of dates. Then, it’s back on the road again in late August; this time in support of Austra!
