About Bartini's
Downtown Indy’s newest and trendiest nightspot, Bartini’s has helped bring a bit of swank to the cavernous space occupied by Cadillac Ranch in historic Union Station. Boasting 30+ types of martinis (smores, sweet tart and key lime pie, for example), the real allure here is the ratio of young, horny men to young, horny women. Careful attention to detail and more earnest-than-snobby staff help make Bartini’s feel less chain-like, though they are popping up in just about every major US city.
Bartini's Review By Carlos S. : Indianapolis, IN
Bartini's is a higher end nightclub located in a portion of the old Union Station. It's attached to the southern end of the Cadillac Ranch, with an entrance that this covered by a railroad bridge. Door men are extremely professional, however they do enforce rules such as dress codes. Baseball hats and jerseys are not allowed to be worn inside the club.
There is typically a cover charge to enter the club (prices typically range between $5-10, depending on whether it's a high profile weekend). The earlier you arrive the better. Lines can sometimes be long, and security does monitor the crowd side to ensure they don't exceed fire code limits.
Once inside the facility has a night club atmosphere. Three large bars, composing of several bartenders service the crowd. The dance floor is located in the middle of the club, with a VIP section overlooking the floor. There is a large deck/patio area in the back of the club. It is located outdoors, and the customers typically use this area for smoking.
The club is connected to the Cadillac Ranch and once inside customers can enjoy both venues. The Cadillac Ranch has a mechanic bull that adds to the overall appeal. There is a smaller dance floor in the ranch, however, the environment is a little more low key than Bartinis (however it's still loud and energetic). Food can be purchased inside the Cadillac Ranch, however, in you're in the dancing mood, the Bartini's side is where you'll want to be.
