About Pizza Pino
Whether you've been out clubbing or sightseeing, this huge pizzeria situated on the world's most beautiful avenue - the Champs Elysées—is well worth a visit. Enjoy the kitschy decor and high quality Italian cuisine (at reasonable prices for the district) served right through the day until the early hours of the morning. Available to take away or eat in, dishes cater for all tastes: pasta carbonara, four-cheese pizza or the extra-large Pino special.
Pizza Pino Review By COZ22124 : Vienna, Virginia
This was our second visit to Paris over the christmas holidays within 3 years. We're not all that into bistro cuisine so we tend to eat a lot of Italian. Pino pizza is always a solid option. Granted it's extremely busy but what do you expect for the champs élysées right before New Years? Given the number of folks that they pump through the place, I'd give the staff high marks for friendliness and attentiveness. Our food came pretty quickly considering. Okay so occasionally we run into the stereotypical server that's got that " I have no time for non-French speaking Americans" but what the heck that's all part of the experience. In all fairness to the staff, we went on a very slow Christmas Eve night a few years ago and probably had one of the most relaxed, enjoyable Paris restaurant experiences ever.
We usually stick to the pizza and a salad so can't speak to the pasta options but the pizza is always excellent. Thin crisp crust and not bogged down with cheese. Very similar to Naples pizza. We stopped in twice last week and a couple of times a few years ago and on each occasion the pies we're very good. The house salad with arugula, Parmesan and olive oil is spot on! If you're looking for pizza in Paris give it a try.
