Another native Houstonian leading the NBRPA’s efforts to give back is the aforementioned former Cougar, Dwight Davis, who will lead a Black History Month speaking program at Worthing High School in his native Sunnyside neighborhood on the afternoon of February 16. Davis, a Worthing alum, has brought together a group of NBRPA Members and other successful Worthing alums to visit students in classrooms, share life lessons and hold a school-wide assembly in honor of Black History Month. CVS Pharmacy and Lexis Nexis are supporting this very special event.
