Justin Bieber is on the prowl in “Confident,” the latest video in support of his Journals collection. The pop star’s attention is focused on one elusive girl, who sends Bieber on quite a goose chase. After a bad pickup line and failed first attempt, Bieber and the young woman meet again at an underground party where the two can’t resist each other once together. Chicago’s Chance the Rapper shows off slick footwork in his VEVO debut, directed by Colin Tilley.

The premiere of “Journals” comes moments before Bieber is set to surrender himself to Toronto Police. According to TMZ, Canadian superstar is being charged with criminal assault for for allegedly attacking a limousine driver during an incident back in December.
