Located off Washington Avenue, Roosevelt is made almost exclusively of brick and glass inside, which makes it look like some swinging space-age '60s bachelor pad - or at least a modern day designer's idea of one. Easily one of the most lush-looking bars in town, Roosevelt definitely skews to an older crowd that wants the upscale party experience, and does pay attention to the dress code. In other words, come correct or don't bother.
