Videos : Rick Ross ft. Future : No Games (Explicit)
Life is never boring for Rick Ross. His latest video, "No Games," opens with a gunfire-filled car chase that ends in a fiery crash. That sets the scene for Ross and cohort Future to rap the chorus, "Can't play no games with these bitches."
The track is the first single off Ross's forthcoming record, Mastermind – and in other scenes, he looks the part, rapping in an all-white boardroom surrounded by machine guns. Women dressed in white flank him, posing and dancing and, in one scene, one of them twerks around the fiery car. Other scenes of the video – which was directed by Colin Tilley, who previously did Ross' "Bag of Money " clip – show some MMA fighting and fans clawing at a chain-link fence as Ross and Future rap in front of a fiery backdrop. All this video is missing is Vin Diesel for it to be a full-on, fast-and-furious showdown.
The shooting and car crash imagery is especially interesting, since Ross was the target of a drive-by shooting and his car crashed into an apartment building in January. No one was injured. When he was asked to comment on the shooting, he said, "I'mma live my life and I'mma do what I love to do, and that's make music."
Rick Ross's Mastermind is set for release on December 17th. It will follow up 2012's God Forgives, I Don't, which debuted at Number One and has since been certified gold.
