Meek Mill‘s sophomore dream has finally come true. The rapper’s second album, Dreams Worth More Than Money, has officially arrived after more than a year of delays, hitting iTunes at midnight Monday (June 29). The summer will surely sizzle with this sonic gem, which is deserving of praise for one standout track: the Drake-assisted “R.I.C.O.”

The rapper, who’s fresh off a solid performance at the 2015 BET Awards Sunday night (June 28), taps producers Vinylz and Cubeatz to craft a beat that sounds like the perfect ode to tip-toe around some foes. However, Meek and Drake aren’t keeping things on the quiet side here; they each fire off shots at their respective enemies but Drizzy makes sure to deliver some sage words of advice to his OVO crew in the process (“Everyone home for the summer so let’s not do nothing illegal”).

And if your lazy ways are keeping you glued to the bed, the Toronto native would like to keep it that way. “To the people that think that I owe you s— / Payback’s a bitch and you know that s— / Ya’ll n—-s gettin’ too old for this / Please don’t think nobody notices / I’ve been up for way too many days / Ya’ll sleep enough for me anyway,” he rhymes.

After Drake kicks things off, the Philadelphia MC tries to keep himself in check since he’s still under the eyes of the law while giving a shout out to Nicki Minaj. “I’m on probation so let me not talk what’s illegal (Switch it up) / Today I woke up with my dream girl, she rich as a Beatle / For my teachers that said I won’t make it here / I spend a day what you make a year / I had to drop just to make it clear, that I got it loud like Jamaican here,” Meek raps. If you’re wondering what “R.I.C.O.” means, in this case it likely refers to the RICO Act — the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act — a U.S. federal law that focuses on racketeering and provides civil penalties for acts performed as part of a criminal organization.

“R.I.C.O.” is just one of 14 tracks on Dreams Worth More Than Money, which features the Weeknd (“Pullin Up”), Nicki Minaj (“Bad for You”) and Rick Ross (“Been That”), among others.
