Who Is Zeke Thomas?
Zeke Thomas is a renowned Open Format DJ and Producer who has made a respected and esteemed impact on the music scene over the past 10 years. His longevity in the industry is impressive as a 24-year old entertainer. He received his degree in entertainment from Indiana University in 2010. For the past three years Zeke has been the official NBA All-Star DJ and was the youngest assistant programmer to work at HOT 97.1 FM in NYC for over two years. He has collaborated and shared the stage with numerous celebrities including: former NBA player and DJ, Dennis Rodman; America’s Next Top Model winner and drummer, CariDee English; Snoop Dogg, DJ White Shadow (Lady Gaga’s Producer) Ludacris, Pitbull and Wilmer Valderrama to name a few.
As the son of NBA Hall of Fame player, Isiah “Zeke” Thomas, Zeke Thomas was born in the heart of Motown, Detroit, MI. His urban roots have been a major influence on his musical passion and talent. At the early age of 14, the best on-air personalities in the business including, Guy Black, Angie Martinez and grammy-winning Fatman Scoop became mentors to Zeke. He seized that once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and ran with it!
His passion for music transcends to his overwhelming support in the non-profit sector for organizations including Global Citizen Festival, Mary’s Court and Many Hopes.
