The much anticipated music video for "It's On Again," a collaboration with Alicia Keys and Kendrick Lama, has arrived. Thanks to Pharrell’s production, "It's On Again" takes on a throwback disco vibe after an intense rock riff. The song has superhero power with a groovy underlay; it’s like Spidey would have this on his digital playlist as he swings through the city!
“I’m very excited to be a part of such a powerful collaboration with Kendrick Lamar, Pharrell Williams and Hans Zimmer,” Keys said in a release. “This is the next chapter in the ‘Spider-Man’ legacy and we really feel ‘It’s On Again’ captures the experience, the story — and most importantly — the meaning behind the film, which is that we all have the potential to be extraordinary. There’s a little bit of a super hero in all of us.”
"It's On Again" will appear on The Amazing Spiderman 2 soundtrack, dropping on April 22. The film hits theaters on May 2. The track's due for release on UK label Chess Club, 7th April.
