News : Pharrell's Infamous Hat To Be Put In Museum

The now-infamous hat Pharrell Williams wore to this year’s Grammys is to go on display in a museum.

The brown Vivienne Westwood creation sold for $44,100 (£26,500) on eBay earlier this year to US roast beef producers Arbys. Williams had put the headgear up for sale to raise money for his charity From One Hand To Another, which raises funds for young people living in at-risk communities in the US.

Now Arbys has announced that the hat will go on display temporarily at Washington DC's Newseum from August 22 to October 26.

Earlier this month, the tracklisting for Pharrell's NBA 2K15 soundtrack was revealed. The music for the game, which will be released on October 7, features songs from an eclectic mix of artists including The Strokes, Lorde, Death From Above 1979, Busta Rhymes and The Rapture.

The producer has included three of his own songs on the playlist, with 'Hunter', 'Can U Have It Like That' and 'How Does It Feel' making the grade.
