Who Is Jimi Needles?
Jimi Needles is a DJ and Turntablist from London, UK. Hailed as a ‘bootlegger extraordinaire’ on the blogosphere, he has also quickly built a reputation as a live mashup artist and party rocker! Not to mention his popular back catalog of studio mashups and remixes all within the realms of funky breaks, hip hop, disco and bass music.

With a deadly arsenal of scratch techniques, bootlegs, funky beats and basslines, he is now starting to carve out his own distinguishable sound on the festival circuit, having already played Wessex Festival, Good Weekend, Jazz:Re:Found (Milan) and many others this year.

He is also the drummer and co-producer for soul diva Hannah Williams & The Tastemakers, recently signed to legendary funk label Record Kicks with an album out worldwide this winter. In 2011 they have supported the likes of Jools Holland, Afrika Bambaataa and Seasick Steve at festivals worldwide this year!
