News : Is Taylor Swift's New Musical Bestie Tom Odell?

First, there was Ed Sheeran. Then, there was Lawson. And now, Taylor Swift seems to have found another musical comrade in British singer/songwriter Tom Odell.

Swift and the 22-year-old, who drops his album Long Way Down in April, were spotted hanging out together on Thursday, one day after she took the stage at the Brit Awards and he took home the prize for Critics' Choice. According to E! News, the friends were spotted leaving the members-only Groucho Club in Soho.

They were first photographed together on Wednesday night backstage at the splashy awards show, chatting, according to Heat World. Later that night, Swift got her party on with Frank Ocean, Carey Mulligan, Marcus Mumford and Ellie Goulding.

No word on if this is the first time that Swift and Odell have hung out with one another, but back in January, Swift declared herself a "super fan" of the British singer on Twitter after he covered her track, "I Knew You Were Trouble" for BBC Radio 1's Live Lounge. He slowed down the tune and put a rather folkie spin on it. She wrote, "Now I'm just floored. This is so good."

Swift seems to be somewhat of an Anglophile when it comes to her taste in music. She's been pretty candid about her love for tunes by Sheeran and Lawson. In fact, her fandom for Sheeran has turned into quite a musical partnership. Not only does he appear on her Red track, "Everything Has Changed," but he will also be opening for her on her tour, which kicks off next month.

"Taylor writes songs in all different situations," Sheeran recalled to MTV News about working with his pal. "I remember we went out. Where did we go? I think we were in the car to the studio and she took her phone out and mumbled something and sort of put it back. And I was like 'What was that?' and she was like 'Oh, I was just singing down ideas.' She does that all the time."

As for the guys in Lawson, she was photographed with them last December, and has declared their track, "Standing In The Dark," one of her favorites. Bassist Ryan Fletcher said of her affection for the Chapman Square track, "It's great having Taylor behind us, isn't it?"
