After a few controversial media headlines, Wale gets back to the music dropping the official visuals to his track ‘Street Runner.’
Over the past couple days Wale has made headlines a few times for altercations with the general public. First off there was the altercation with the NBA announcer that saw Folarin storming the announcer’s stand, and more recently a video surfaced showing Wale getting into a verbal exchange with a fan in a parking lot.
Regardless of the drama, the MMG affiliate continues to pump out solid music. Wale teamed up with DJ Clark Kent at the end of last year to release his ‘Folarin’ mixtape, and today we get another video from the project in ‘Street Runner.’
The visuals see Wale rapping from a Las Vegas penthouse suite overlooking the strip. The DMV rapper is currently prepping the release of his third studio album which was originally set to release next month. Although we don’t see that happening at this point, we would expect Wale’s project to drop sometime during the summer season.
