News ; Little Mix's Perrie 'Didn't Really Like Zayn' When They First Met!

Little Mix star Perrie Edwards has revealed she wasn't fiancé Zayn Malik's biggest fan when first meeting him backstage at the X Factor in 2011.

Speaking of the One Direction hunk during an interview with Sugarscape, the Salute singer revealed: "I didn't really like Zayn when I first met him, because I didn't know him and he seems a bit cocky and a bit full of himself."

She went on: "Then I realised that he's the most sweetest, most amazing person in the world, so you just need to get to know someone really.

"I think we texted every day after we met anyway and then it just happened. But he pursued me."

The pair have been dating ever since, with Zayn popping the question to Perrie in August last year.
