Videos : Eminem : Survival (Explicit)
Detroit is once again the gritty urban setting for an Eminem video — this time the new clip for “Survival,” released today on the rapper’s YouTube channel.
It’s the second single from the Detroit star’s upcoming record, “The Marshall Mathers LP 2,” set for release Nov. 5. The video for “Berzerk” was released in early September.
The muscular new video features imagery to match the hard-hitting tone of “Survival,” along with footage from the videogame “Call of Duty: Ghosts,” which has licensed the song for promotional fare.
The clip closes with a scene of Eminem revisiting the Dresden Street house featured on the covers of “Marshall Mathers LP” and the upcoming sequel. Footage was shot there last month.
“Survival” was also released today at iTunes.
