Just the other day, we were singing the praises of the L.A. duo holychild’s bubbly, sassy new single “Playboy Girl,” and now we get a taste of the song’s video. At least, we wish we got a real taste of the song’s video, in which singer Liz Nistico and friends shove their faces with sweet treats before dancing around in front of some projected old movies. With its sugary sweetness that winds up a little uncomfortable, it’s a perfect fit for the song’s irresistible groove and the pissed-off current that runs through Nistico’s lyrics.
