The Spotted Cat Music Club is the Quentessential Jazz Club of New Orleans. Located on the famous FRENCHMEN STREET in the heart of the Fauborg Marigny District, "The CAT", as its known by locals, has been recognized as an international destination for JAZZ music. Numerous movies, commercials, and print media have filmed and written about the "CAT" for its outstanding music and unique ambiance.

Super casual atmosphere, cheap drinks, and AMAZING bands. What more do you want?
We saw the Washboard Chaz Blues group, WOW. They are world renowned, and it shows. If you are here when they are playing, come visit!
Also a great place to people watch. Some locals come in. There was a guy with a cane and a suit that came in and was a hit with all the ladies, and an old lady who chain smoked and brought her own tambourine to play with the band. Always a good time at the spotted cat!"
